Please submit requests for quotations on your company letterhead, via fax or mail. Should we already have an established working relationship with your firm, e-mail submittals (Margaret@ultraglas.com) may also be employed.

Please provide as comprehensive a description as possible, including all pertinent dimensions and details. Include name(s) of texture(s) and/or design(s), or custom considerations, glass thickness, glass color and whether components will be tempered or annealed. If drawings or other artwork are required in order to identify specific information or requirements, such as shapes, holes, notches and flat margins, please include these drawings with your request.
